Hi there, My name is Jessica, I was just looking around to get some support and maybe some weight losing tips...if at all possible. about 4 weeks ago my work put together this "support group" kind of deal, and im sure you all have heard of the biggest looser reality tv show, and thats what we are trying to do, or thats what we are calling it anyways, i just dont get a whole lot of support, some of the girls i work with either dont care, or care too much about themselves to know whats going on with everyone else. anyways, we have a weekly weigh in and we TRY to get together to excersize on the week nights... just no one is motivated enough to ACTUALLY do it. I have been quite fortunate so far, i have lost 11 lbs in 4 weeks. i feel like im doing pretty good, but im at 151 (with a height of 5 ft 1) and i know im going to plateau soon if i dont kick it up a notch. Does anyone have any easy at home excersizes they would like to share with me? if so that would be great ! hope to talk to you all soon !
 
Hmm, try some interval training (walk 2 mins, jog 1 min, alternate through 20-30 min morning walk) hiking or swimming. Since your a little shorter, at your weight I don't want to recommend jump roping or flag football with friends or family unless you feel comfortable because they are on the higher impact end of things. Pick some outdoor activities on the weekend, it'll mix your routine up and you'll have some fun as well.

If you haven't started weight training, I suggest doing that as it'll boost your metabolism and delay the onset and duration of weight loss plateaus.
 
you might like to take a look at jennbabes weight loss diary - i know that she does lots of home exercises and has achieved a lot of success from them.
