Hi guys im new to the forum

Hi guys my names ryan im 22 years old recently i wanted to start to lose weight due to lack of energy i weigh about 100kg which is 220 lbs any tips or pointing in the right direction would be helpful thank you :)
 
Welcome! This is a great place for support. If you have any interest, I would recommend going to the "Weight Loss Diary" section and setting up a journal there. There are a lot of members who frequent that section often and who can be very helpful.

What kind of specific goals do you have? What are your diet and exercise habits like right now?
