Hi guys and gals

Hello all,

I started going to the gym about 2 months ago, currently I weigh about 17 stone(UK) so about 107KG and im 6foot tall and 22 Yrs old.

I tend to do more weight training than cardio(on the bike), which is something im trying to balance out, as in equal amounts of weights and cardio, I now eat quite healthy foods, salads etc, with tuna for my protein, though I do cheat sometimes which I need to sort out. I plan to get fit enough to join the RAF, but thats a long ways off yet.

Currently struggling to get below 107kg, any info is welcome.
 
Glad to hear you are eating healthy now. Keep the quantity down to the right amount of calories for a healthy weight loss and you are well on your way. Some good cardio will also go a long way.
