Louisiana girl here, and I am new to the forums. I am not significantly fat I just have gained more weight then I want. I am 134.4 lbs at 21 and it is all in my belly thanks to soda's and fast food. I want to lose about 15lbs because not only do I want to eat healthier but I want to get fit. I am moving to Guam in July which is only 2 mos away!!! I really need to lose this weight and need a few tips!
