My goal right now is to lose the last bit of stubborn body fat I have left. I was recently measured at 19% BF. I am 5'8'', 140 lbs. I was about 175lbs at my heaviest, about 4 or 5 years ago. I started running and when I started seeing results, I was hooked! I also began implementing pilates, stability ball and weight training... I want to be lean and toned, I feel I'm almost there! I will most likely post my diet and exercise routine for a critiquing soon if I cannot get out of this rut.
