Hey guys... just wanted to introduce me.
I've been training for a while now (sometimes intermittently), however I admit that I should be in better shape... The fact that I dont have a workout partner is one of the reasons, it is bored and sometimes you lose motivation when training alone.
Well, I'm here now, expecting to learn and maybe help others.
