Hi from Aus

Hi there all :)
wow this is a busy forum. I have been reading some of the threads on here and it looks like an awesome place to get motivated and improve your health.

Well, I am 21, 164cm, 58kg, live in Australia, and am aiming to lose a few kilos while toning up a bit more. I do nightfilling 3 to 4 nights a week and it requires a lot of running around, getting up ladders, and lifting things. I have been doing that for almost 4 years now and my arms, shoulders, back, and thighs are quite nicely toned. I also run a small business part time with my sister, and also do housekeeping for people a few mornings a week...I like keeping busy lol Over all I guess I want to reduce my body fat total a bit so I can concentrate more on my stomach and hips.

I haven't really looked much into what I eat on a daily basis but it is relatively healthy. I have cut out sugars for over two years now, eat lots of vegies and fruit. Think I will just need some help on how to work out what I am supposed to eat, well how much I am supposed to eat a day to assist the weightloss.

I am quite excited about joining the forum and am sure I will get a lot of help from you all :) a very friendly bunch on here and that helps a lot.

This is a great place to start.There has been alot that already has been covered.. Don't be shy to try the Search option for any of your needs. If your stuggling with something you can't find post away and we'll all help.
