hi - i'm new to the forum, just started really trying to lose some weight after a tough year last year but a bit baffled by everything I find on the internet and looking for a bit of advice and support!

Welcome Emma, read the rules and stickies and start a diary to keep up with your daily routine. And you will get lots of support. Join some of the challenges. "Weigh yourself everyday club" is a good place to start.

Hey Emma! This is a great place to get support. I also find keeping a diary on here very helpful and the challenges can be a fun way to lose weight and stay motivated. Good luck with your weight loss!
