Hi all,
Im new to the pages and to the whole healthy living fitness thing really....I was always in shape and things as a youngster but a bad/lazy spell over the past couple of years has got tin me a bit podgy round the waste and a little flabbier than i like to be so i wanna get back to a healthy lifestyle and a fitter physique again.
Any help or info I can get is massively appreciated, Ive been reading a few boards over the past few weeks and have to say that the mass of content is a tad overwhelming.
Im not looking at HULKing up or getting freakishly ripped muscle architecture, I just wanna look healthy again and feel better about my physique.
So....on to the stats;
Im 175/176 cm, currently 81.4 kg in underwear and calculate my BMI at 26.5 so officially overweight
My plan is to research into dietary/nutrition information while trying to work away my podgy gut and loose bits of body fat and then re-set with new goals and targets once I achieve that.
Im looking at interval cardio (then probably HIIT Cardio) with some do-it-at-home weights (real basic stuff) until I can get into good eating/sleeping habits. From what Ive read eating and sleeping are the primary areas to get nailed down first?
If anyone can help me out with dietary/nutritional information, and maybe supplement information that will help toward my goals it would be met with massive thanks.
