Hi Everyone!

I am new to the Fitness Forum, but I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Justine and I am a recent graduate of Lewis University where I received my bachelor's degree in Marketing. I recently had foot surgery to remove scar tissue and to repair a severed tendon.

I am here for support to get back to my healthy lifestyle of working out, eating right, and being motivated. The only problem is I still have another 3 months (according to my doctor) of no exercise. This is where my motivation slips, what can I do to help myself.
