Hi everyone

I've started trying to get myself back into shape again after I failed lasttime!

I wouldn't say I'm fat just a little out of shape, I know how to shed the weight and have began my new lifestyle but one thing is socialising - every week or every other week I like to go clubbing where I obviously have a fair few drinks - I take it this is impossible if I want to shed the pounds? If so it's a big problem for me as I'm busy other times and it's one of my only ways of socialising atm and I enjoy it.

So do I have to choose over socialising and staying out of shape or not going out and losing weight?

nah you don't have to quit socializing, a few drinks now and then won't kill your efforts. Going out clubbing doesn't necessarily mean you have to drink though does it?

This is one way you can look at it. Everyone who would need it likes to have a cheat meal to stay motivated. It brings them out of a ruk there in for having to give it all up. Use 1 day out of the week to cheat. Now only do this if you feel you have busted your ass to get to that one night. Havin a few won't do nothing serious to you. Drink in moderation. Noone needs to be drunk to socialize although it is easier if your shy. Just chill on a drink for a while. No use slamming them down.
