I started my weight loss back in February at 200lbs. I lost 35lbs on the Dukan Diet and have since realised that while Dukan works, it may not be the most balanced diet. I had a few weeks where I wasn't really dieting properly but now I'm back on track eating about 1400 calories of good healthy food a day. I currently weigh 168lbs and my goal for now is to reach 160lbs and then go from there.
I love cooking and trying new recipes. I plan to get to the gym regularly once school starts and a run a few nights a week.
