Hey everyone!


I'm new here in the forum and looking forward to getting more info and hopefully be able to share some that I know about fitness but I'll definitely stick to more of the learning. Anyways, I'm expecting my 2nd child to be due around the end of this end year and have a 16months boy. I still haven't lost much of the weight that I gained with the first one. I slacked off and let time slip but this time, I'm taking a different route. So I'll hopefully be maintaining my weight as much as possible and have a healthy weight gain as I enjoy everyone's posts in the forum.

Welcome to the forum, Nyle! Good luck! Have you thought about starting a weight loss diary in the diary section? There is also a new moms section that you may be inerested in.
