Hi there,

I'm a mom who's 5'10 and 205 pounds. I'm trying to lose weight by upping my activity, reducing some medications that cause weight gain (with the help of my doctor), and cutting out sugar and processed foods from my diet! A tall order!

I'm also blogging about the process and anyone is welcome to read that.


Wish me luck! I'm hoping to lose 30 pounds in 90 days.
