I'm 19 years old and I'm looking to shed a couple pounds. I hope I can get some good advice here because I'm new to this weight loss thing. I already started by monitoring what I eat and walking for 1 hour every morning and evening. I've also started exercising for 30-45 minutes a day although I have no idea if I'm doing it right though. 
Anyway, I hope I can learn a couple of things here and probably meet some interesting people.
