I'm 19 years old and I'm looking to shed a couple pounds. I hope I can get some good advice here because I'm new to this weight loss thing. I already started by monitoring what I eat and walking for 1 hour every morning and evening. I've also started exercising for 30-45 minutes a day although I have no idea if I'm doing it right though. :willy_nilly:

Anyway, I hope I can learn a couple of things here and probably meet some interesting people. :p

Hi welcome to the forum, firstly I would suggest reading the sticky posts scattered around the forum, then start a thread in the diary section where you can post your food and exercise routine, get help, and meet some of the other members.
