hi everyone, I'm Michael and based on the south coast of the UK. ive decided to join to get some tips of losing weight and to help keep me motivated, im 6'3" tall and weigh about 345 lbs at the moment although thats dropped from 350 a week ago, as well as losing a lot of weight i'm working on building up my fitness and strength (at the moment i can bench about 80kg and deadlift more than 120kg).

i know losing weight while gaining muscle wont be easy and it will slow my weight loss but im ok with that, high protean low fat diet for me :)

Congrats on your first week! That's awesome! You should be very very proud :) :)

I think this is a great place for you! Have you thought about starting a diary? It's a great place for you to keep track and record your daily diet and exercise- and it can be a great place for community members to give you support and suggestions!!
