Hi All
Im Zoe and mum to four kids, I was always very petite even after having my children but over the last 5 years my weight has just been increasing, in the last two years I have put on over 28lb.
I started off dieting on the 4th January my start weight was 172lbs, in the first week I lost 6lbs and as well as the dieting started exercising, I worked out four times last week. Today is my weigh in and i have lost another 2lb taking my new weight to 164lb, aside of doing this for my health and the way I feel I have also booked a holiday abroad for August, this is the first time i have been abroad and am really looking forward to it so thought it would also be nice to reach my target weight for then.
My target is 135lb if I can get to that. Its going to be hardwork but im determined and thought maybe to get some support here might also help. So hi all and looking forward to getting to know more about everyone
