Hi Guys,

Recently found this forum after looking round a few and it seems pretty well organised and down to the point.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and have been so for the past 6 years.
if you guys have any questions regarding your training and nutrition then i would try to help as much as possible.

Im interested to see what you guys do in terms of your diet and training and if theres any knowledge I can gain off the site to give my current clients a better understanding.

My personal experience is simply counting calories. No exercise and still eat things like pizza and hamburgers. Just learning moderation.
