Hi Emiko, welcome to WLF. Sorry no one has responded yet. I don't check the newcomers section as consistently as I should. I have read some of your replies. I can tell you are at peace with yourself and want to help others now. I hope that assesment is accurate. If so, that is awesome. Either way, I enjoy reading your posts and look forward to reading more of them.

Do you have any short term or long term goals for yourself?

Derrick, your assessment of me is spot-on! :)

I lost 13lbs (4 dress sizes for me) over 2 years ago and have maintained it peacefully--I just want to help others do the same!

Currently, my fitness goals are to train smarter (not harder--I'm recovering from overtraining, I learned a lot from that experience!) so that I can participate in the activities I love (namely swimming, yoga and aerial acrobatics) for the long haul. I definitely don't want to be a depleted, burned-out athlete by the time I'm 45!
