Hi everyone!

I lost another 1.2 pounds putting me at 264 with 112 pounds to go before I finally meet the military's requirements.

As of this morning I am currently at 263 having lost a pound this weekend. I fit into a smaller pair of jeans this morning than I have in a while I still have a long ways to go but the weight is definitely coming off this time.

I'm going for my next weekly weigh-in today after I leave work, so wish me luck. I know I'm going to need it, our scale at home is saying that I have actually gained three pounds this week and I am getting so incredibly frustrated. I'm sure part of my problem is that I have been scheduled to work until 11 o'clock every night this week and by the time I drive home it's midnight before I get to eat supper. I've decided that I am probably going to have to start buying a Lean Cuisine dinner at work and eating supper on my 15 minute break and just eat a little bit of desert when I get home. It's definitely to late when I get home to be eating any carbs or anything like that. I also need to get back into the habit of eating my snacks, I haven't really eaten any snacks this week and I'm thinking that maybe my calorie count is dropping too low.

Well, when I went for my weigh in Friday, I had gained half a pound according to their scales. I guess it was water retention that had me gaining weight. Luckily, that's over with now and I have actually lost a pound and I'm now at 262. I'm hoping to make it to 259 before the next weigh in.

Right now I'm on the verge of reaching my next mini-goal which is to get below 260. As of this morning I was at 260.0, I really wanted that extra 1/10 of a pound to be able to say that I had met my goal but it didn't happen maybe I'll reach it tomorrow.

Good luck on your journey skittles. I'm just about to start mine too :)

I'm now down to 258. I just really wish it would come off faster. I heard on the Today show last week that you shouldn't eat after 8 pm if you plan on weighing of the mornings because your body doesn't have enough time to digest the food that you have taken in that day if you do and you will actually show a weight gain.

It's been forever since I've been on here and unfortunately, I lost sight of my goal while I was gone. We started to remodel our house and started eating fast food again and I ended up gaining back eight of the forty pounds that I had lost. I'm hopefully going to get back with it soon, unfortunately, that is the hardest part.
