just thought i'd introduce myself... im john, 23, 89kg and looking to lose some weight! im not gonna deny it, i love food out and for the past 3 years i've let myself go! i've tried gyms and the occasional run around the block but at times i've struggled to find motivation! im making 2009 my year of change! after my girlfriend of 3 years and i broke up, i've decided to keep my mind occupied and start taking steps towards my goal of weight loss! i've begun taking kick-boxing lessons and am looking to follow up with that at the gym. i eventually want to get back to my target weight of around the low 70's...
