Hi guys,
I'm Fiona, 25yo from Australia. My weight has always been yoyo and only recently realised that I do use food for comfort.
Anyway, November last year I started to change my diet and by December was into full swing with a very strict diet and rigourous exercise regime which at the time I thought I could keep doing forever. In total (by early Feb) I had lost 7kgs and was very toned, looked and felt great!
Unfortunatley I lost my mojo and have since put most of that weight back on
so thought I would join you all here to help me to stay motivated.
I'm only on day 2 but feeling good. I'm not being as strict as I was previously because I want this to be a lifestyle change for good, not a fad diet.
I'm 5'5 and currently 65kgs (I did get down to 58kgs) and I hope to get down to and maintain 60kgs. Just counting calories and doing at least 30mins exercise a day (my minimum used to be 90 mins and I was only eating 1200-1400 calories a day).
So, hopefully i'll be ok!
