well I'm 45 years old married with 3 grown children ,over weight has alwas been a problem for me right now i"m at my heaviest ever @279lbs i will get down to 220lbs with the support of my wife and this forum i don't see a problem.
Welcome man, ya I started out at 280, now I am down to 247. If you put your mind to it and long on here a few times a week, its alot better than going at it alone.
