Hello all

I'm hoping this forum will be the ideal place to pick up tips and encouragement. I have already lost 10kg in the last few months, now I need to lose another 10 to be where I want to be. I've been utilising Fitday and sticking to my own special eating plan, it's worked really well but the rate of weight loss is just starting to slow slightly.

I'm half way there, but it's the difficult half I have yet to do!
 
hi andy and welcome from another uk`er. i have found this forum to be really motivating and helpful. i am just over half way to my goal and i think your going to be right about the second half being the most difficult. weightloss is bound to slow down after a while.slim
