Just joined the forum. My name's Sophie, I'm 21, from the UK and am on a mission to loose weight.

I piled on the pounds after leaving school and getting a job with 11pm finishes, I lived on takeaway and snackfoods. Now I'm a 9 to 5 gal and can exercise more.

I'm counting calories (aiming for 1000 - 1300 a day)
And using my stepper & trampette everyday

They say you should go below 1200 calories....esp. if your excersizing.

Welcome to the WLF and it sounds like you have a great plan in place.

I think Newbride02 might have meant, you shouldn't go below 1200 calories - esp if you're exercising. Your body needies enough calories to function and to keep your metabolism burning :)

My methods of weightloss are the same. Counting calories is the only thing that seems to work for me.
