Hey everyone, I am new to the forum. I'm Canadian eh ;)
Anyhow, I lost 40lbs in 2004 and everything was well and fine till the holidays..I've put on some weight now due to over-enjoying holidays:eek:
anyhow, I just wanted to say Hi to all my New friends. talk to you all soon.

Don't feel alone, I think the holidays hit a lot of us hard!

The good news, is that we have 11 more months before they hit us again ;)
Congrats on the weight you've lost so far and good luck reaching your goals!
