Well im new to the forum and yes i too am looking to lose some weight!!
any tips or anything anyone has to give...that'd be great!!

hello and welcome! hmm mayb u can start a food diary first? write down all the food that u eat.. u'll be amazed! hahas.. and also start exercising a bit.. go for short walks or some other exercise that you like.. the adrenaline rush will keep u going! good luck!
