hey everybody. My name is rashmi. I'm from Bangalore, India.
I'm quite new to the concept of an online support group. I've been battling with my weight all my life. I've ridden the yo-yo rollercoaster a million times. Now for hopefully the final time i'm doing the right thing. I exercise and diet sensibly. But i need all the help that i can get. Wish me Luck!!!!
