Hi I'm new here! I recently made the decision to lose a small amount of weight and it's HARD. I've always been pretty thin, but in the past year or two I gained weight pretty fast (Im not active anymore and eat terribly)!
I'm 5'9 and weigh about 145 now.. Definatly not over weight at all, but when I gain weight it ALL goes in my thighs and hips.. so I dont fit into any of my pants anymore and I look very out of propotion, haha.
Does anyone have any tips or advice for shedding about 15 pounds? I'd like to get back to my starting weight from about 2 years ago. I'm SO out of shape that just a flight of stairs has me exausted and panting, hahaha.
