Hello! I just happened upon this website looking for info. I spent some time surfing this site and really enjoyed reading the messages. I recently started back weight lifting after several years. I had borne children and really stretched my skin. I have been trying to build my glutes with no success. I don't need to tone - I need to build!! Does anyone have any advice and workout routines for glutes.

Thanks for responding however I'm not able to pull up the website

www.wordfitness.com - It comes up saying "this page cannot be displayed"

Maybe mispelling or something? It would be great if you could try again.
