Hi Everyone...

I just wanted to take the time and say hello to everyone.

I've been reading over a number of the posts on this site for a few weeks on and off and finally decided to create an account.

I really enjoy hearing and learing about people's new ideas and techniques towards lifting and fitness. I am by no means a world class expert in this field, but I do have a solid background in lifting as well as exercise physiology.

Anyway, like I said just wanted to introduce myself, and say that I hope to countine learning from you guys.
