Hi all

This year I'm not only going to stabilize my weight at what i think is a good weight but I'm going to get some abs
Last year i lost 4 stone and got to 10 stone 12lb which to be honest was too much as i looked thin

I actually started to get some abs at the top :)
but after my hols in September i neglected my self and went up to 12 stone 4 lb.

Last week i decided to start again but this time to really go to town on my abs hopefully
Im now at 12 Stone exactly and i think that around 11 Stone 7Lb will look good for me with abs hopefully with some input from you guys :)

What im doing daily (Sunday to Friday) is the foollowing

Cross trainer 32 mins (at minute) lvl 15 around 18kph

3x30 10kg ball - sitting in v position with legs crossed moving the ball side to side 1 min break between (3 times a day)

Now thats my first week so next week what should i plan ?

I thought the cardio to help move the extra fat and the 10kb ball to move the love handles and shape the abs ?)
