hello, my name is rachel and i am 21 years old. i had my beautiful daughter 2 years ago and am still strugglin with the weight i gained from being pregnant. i am currently 112 lbs...( i am only 4 ft 11 so it does show in the belly area) and before i was pregnant i never passed 100 lbs, i would like to lose about 7 lbs, and be 105. im really strugglin to lose the weight, i was doin real good for about a week, eating right and exercising but my hubby had to make some chicken n shrimp alfredo and pasta is my weakness i had to eat some lol. but i need to lose the lovehandles! it is summertime and i would love to get into a bikini!! i would love to meet and talk to some people who are going thru the same thing or just want to talk. i would love someone to help me get more motivated. i go to the gym about 3/4 times a week and i see no difference? im not giving up though. well thats about it with me..... hope to hear from you all soon......
 
Hi and welcome. Pasta is a huge weakness of mine also, but the good thing is it gives u a lot of energy also especially if you jog regularly. Lets say you eat a heavy dinner at night whether its pasta or steak, you can burn it off the next morning by jogging for an hr.
