Hi everyone - new here

Well, the title says it all. I'm new here, and hoping to make some new friends and share the ups and downs of trying to lose weight. I did start a post introducing myself, but it turned into a ramble, so I made it into a diary post instead. Briefly, I started losing weight a few years ago, then stopped. I think I may have put some of it back on, but I'm not sure because I haven't weighed myself for about 2 years. I can still get into my clothes, though. I'm 5ft2, and I guess I weigh around 145lb. (I'll know for certain when I go out and buy scales in the morning.) I'm aiming to get down to around 125lb by eating sensibly and exercising, and also to get fit at the same time.

I know I'm not really fat compared to some people, but I still feel really bad about myself at the moment, and I'm looking forward to sharing the journey with other people who know where I'm coming from.

I have to go now because it's the middle of the night here, but I think I'll be spending a lot of time here reading through the huge amount of advice and help on this forum.
