Hi everyone. While I am not a fitness professional (yet) I have lost about 80 pounds in the last 2 years and went from about 35% body fat to about 13% fat. My goal is single digit body fat which even though i realize I may never achieve I am still striving hard towards it. Being successful in weight loss is not easy and I have had my share of failures and things that just flat out did not work but in the end I have found my way to a healthier more satisfying existence and if i can help anyone else fins there way there please let me know. if you have any questions about how I was able to do it or anything else please leave a message here (email address removed).
