My name is Jessica and I've been trying to change my life through diet and exercise. Its been an uphill battle but its finally getting easier and would love share and receive tips and tricks from everyone here :) I just got done listening to an Audiobook and it has really been helping me in the past week.
link removed Highly recommend. Does anyone have any other suggestions for audio books or motivational content to listen to in the morning or when I do cardio?

Hi, Jessica & welcome to the forum. It is a good, supportive place & there is lots of sound information & advice shared. Have a good look around & maybe start a diary if you want to engage with others..
