Hello! My name is Jill, and I'm new hear. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. by the end of summer. I was at a really nice weight and was happy with myself a couple yrs. ago, but slowly and surely gained alot of weight after I lost my job and have been staying home with my boys. My biggest problem is eating in the evening and in the middle of the night. I get up in the middle of the night every night, sometimes twice, to eat any kind of sweets, it's such a bad craving, so I overdo it on cookies, cake, or icecream. Anyone else have problems at night like this? Today is the day that I'm making changes, I drank alot of water already this morning, planning on 8 glasses a day. I'm heading out for a 30 min. walk after this post, and my 14 yr. old son said he'll do some lifting with me later on. I know on 'Biggest Loser' they do alot of lifting along with their cardio.
