About three years ago I was a size 16/18 and almost 180 pounds. With my best friend by my side I managed to get down to 126 pounds. It was awesome....I felt good about myself and loved my body.
Everything was going well and then i fractured my rib...
Needless to say, no running for 1 and a half months and I gained 12 pounds. I was able to eat what I wanted before and I kept eating with no working out and the pounds just kept piling on. Then the cycle begins....depressed...eat...gain....depressed...so on.
I am now 155 pounds and ready to knock this fat off my bootie again. It would be a great help if I had someone to talk to that understands. I moved away from my best friend now, so I no longer have her to work out with and I am finding it extremely tough to go it alone. Would consider being my online buddy???? That would be fabulous....let me know if anyone is interested!!
