Hi, I'm a 16 yo guy and I'm looking to lose some fat and tone up a bit. I'm 6'2" and weigh 83 kg. I used to go to the gym a lot when I was 14 but I stopped for over a year and I've just got back into it about a week ago. I'm basically looking to lose some of the fat off my stomach chest and butt in 7 weeks and put some muscle on with both exercise and dieting.
