I’m from Germany and I will absolve an internship in Melbourne starting September. Sorry for my terrible English. That’s one reason why I registered here, I like to improve my English knowledge and of course to lose weight.
Now more about my person: I’m Sandy and I studying mechanical engineering. I’m 23 years old and I’m 160 cm tall and weigh 77 kg. This is obviously too much!!!
I started with counting calories, but I realized this is not the right method. Now I practice WW since the mid of July. And from time to time I replace a meal by a Protein Shake. By this Method I’ve lost 6 pounds until now. Has someone experience with Weight Watchers or Protein Shakes?
I don’t have a period to lose my weight but it would be nice to reach the 62 kg till the end of the year. I think that’s realistic.
I hope that I’ll find support in this forum and someone who kicking me in my lazy ass ;)
