I really need you`re help people!
My problem is im really motivated for loosing weight and working out, but i keep having relaps after 1-2 weeks with no results of the hard work and "good food" ive been eating..
Please help me keep my motivation up. Thank you so much:)

Hi, I'm new here as well but I've lost 11 lbs so far this month. I know exactly how you feel, so I'll try to give some advice that has helped me out so far.

--always take time out of your day to visualize your self at your goal weight. Imagine how everyone would react to how great you look and how confident you would feel in your new sexy clothing/body.

--When I'm killing myself on the treadmill or elliptical trainer, I imprint those horrible memories of being exhausted and out of breath and tell myself, "Do you EVER want through this misery again? That juicy steak and loaded baked potato surely is NOT worth the pain of burning it off"

--You're not gonna be perfect, so no matter what, do not let a bad day or week cause you to give up. I know some days I tank my calorie budget and feel extremely guilty but I get right back up on that horse. The worse that'll happen is that your weight loss will be only slightly delayed. Big deal.

--Do it once, do it right, and get on with your life. Life is way to short to spend too much time worrying about your weight.

I hope this helps, and good luck :)

Surely not getting bigger is your own motivation? If you see a 1lb loss, it's not a lot, but come on it's A LOSS.

If you aren't putting on weight you should know what you are doing is right. You are your own motivation. If you see no results after a month, it's probably time to reduce the calories a little. Don't go thinking you can shrink over night.

Slow and steady wins the race.
