:jump1::jump1::jump1:Hi Everyone I'm on my first stage to building a Body I'm satisfied with, I'm very determined to get where I want to be I currently am 5'6 and weigh 145.........sounds bad but I max out on bench 300lbs and squat 475 I'm not sure what my body fat is But really want to know, nutrition is a big factor for me, I haven't and do not plan on taking any supplements, just the right foods and I need a better work out plan push ups aren't really working for me that much.
