HI Everybody I have a lot of Questions

:jump1::jump1::jump1:Hi Everyone I'm on my first stage to building a Body I'm satisfied with, I'm very determined to get where I want to be I currently am 5'6 and weigh 145.........sounds bad but I max out on bench 300lbs and squat 475 I'm not sure what my body fat is But really want to know, nutrition is a big factor for me, I haven't and do not plan on taking any supplements, just the right foods and I need a better work out plan push ups aren't really working for me that much. So thank you for your time and please Help

Welcome!

If you want to know your body fat, I would suggest getting it tested by someone who knows how to use calipers. You can get a body composition scale, but those can be kind of innacurate.

What was your working out plan up to the day of your first post? I dont think it was pushups that lead to a max BP of 300 or a squat of 475, when you say pushups arent working for you that much........What was the purpose of pushups IF you were benching?

I can assist you with a routine and diet construction....but it has been a few days since your last post.....so I plan to postpone it until you post here again.........
