I stumbled upon this place a few days ago, and decided that I would join. I've been overweight since I was about 10, and it's been fluctuating ever since. The heaviest I've ever been was when I was 14, at 190 lbs. After a good long stare in the mirror (as well as a few hideous pictures), I finally decided that enough is enough. Several weeks of dieting and exercise dropped me down to around 165. I haven't been heavier than that since, but it's time to shed the rest of the excess weight off for good. Anyhoo, my stats:

18, female
5'3"
160 lbs

So - hello, all. I look forward to hanging around this community. :D
 
Good idea to do it young! The younger you are, the easier it is to establish good habits for life! (Weight comes off easier then, too!)

My goal weight is to be around 120lbs. I've recently applied for a job, so I'll have to work exercising into my schedule. I've lost some inches off my waist at least. :D
