It takes a few weeks for the training to lead to increased muscle size/increase in weight, so it's unlikely that the training is causing you not to lose weight.
You say you're eating a few dorritos - how many is a few? Are you keeping a food journal? Have you considered that maybe you're eating more than you think you are?
Keeping a food journal is the best way to keep track of what you're actually eating.
By the way: I'm in Colorado too.![]()
Hi there, Where in Colorado are you?
I do keep a food journal and I believe that i am still eating a bit too much in the evenings, but I am eating sooo much less than before exercising that I thought I would have lost someweight by now. I only eat a "snack' size bag of doritos with my lunch a day. I I guess weekend are my weak point, I tend to eat more than I do during the week. I am also eating more fruit now than before. I used to skip breakfast, but now I will have up to 4 pieces of fruit ( orange, apple, grapes, peach or plum...) maybe im not losing because I am making up the difference in calories with the fruit?? I don't know. Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it.
