hi - another forum newbie

I just wanted to say hi, I just found this forum and it seems like a great place to keep motivated!

A little bit about me: 30, married, mom of 2, want to lose 60 pounds - or more importantly, go from a size 16-18 to a 10 :) I'm currently not on a specific plan but trying to do what works for me: lean protein and good fats, lots of veggies, lots of water, exercise. Just getting started really... planning to use Yoga Booty Ballet (from BeachBody) to get back to exercising regularly.

I hope to meet some new weight loss buddies!

You are going to love this forum. It's kept me much more on track than I usually am in my weight loss efforts.

My advice to you is to check in often, read as much as you can, and it will keep you motivated.

Thank you for the welcome! I'm very sleep deprived right now because my little one is teething, so I hope this forum will help me stay motivated to exercise!
