hi all

hello
i`m new here so go easy on me please :)
i`m 26 nearly 27, 6ft 1", and 13 1/2st
always had a multi gym in my house but mainly as a coat hanger, just got my self a bench and some free weights, and i have finely come to terms with the fact i`m over weight, so from now on i`m going to make a lot of changes to the way i live, i have never been a fan of chips and other foods like that but i also know i don`t eat as well as i should, so any help/tips on heathly eating and training plans that i can do from home would be great :)
any way thats me, hope to get some posts of my own good work on some day :rolleyes:

Hello I am new also. I am a dietitian and like talking to people about nutrition, weight loss, and other stuff related to nutrition. My goal is to work out and be in shape like i used to.

Hi from another newbie! :)

I just started using my dumbbells again and it sure does feel good! I want to kick myself for not doing it sooner, but better late than never!
