Hello everyone. I am here because I recently got engaged. This seems to have inspired some part of me to be as healthy as I possibly can. (probably the thought of having children in the future) I have already managed to quit smoking, but my weight has been a constant struggle since childhood. I had Gastric Bypass surgury 5 years ago and have lost a lot of weight. I then got very complacent with my diet and have since gained back 15 lbs from my lowest weight. I am a few terms away from graduating with a double BS in Health Education and Shcool Health. Taking all of these health classes has shown me what needs to change in my lifestyle. I have a plan set down of how to eat and how much to excersize but i am missing one crucial factor; that spark of motivation to actually start doing it. That is the main reason I am looking for support. I feel as though being accountable to only myself, is not helping. My fiance, being the smart man that he is, will never say anything to me about working out or weight, so though I feel accountable to him, I know that is not strict enough for me. Does anyone here have any suggestions for me? I know that I am ready to do it, and I am at the point where once I start a regime, I feel confidant that I will be able to stick to it. I just need to start!
