I'm new to this site and not sure what I'm doing yet. I got off track with my fitness about a year ago when my father got sick. He has passed on and I'm about 40 lbs over weight, unmotivated, trying to eat better and trying to sleep better. I think I'm a actually scared because I've always been into fitness and the healthy life and I'm not jumping back in and I fear I won't be able to. I know in time this will all get better but I just can't seem to get started. I need support. Thanks all, I look forward to getting to know you all.

I'm really sorry to hear that your dad has passed. I hope that you can find the motivation here to take charge of your health. Have you checked out the Before and After, and the Weight Loss Diary section? You may find some inspiration in what some other members have accomplished :)
