hey everyone! I am on a new weight loss journey and going back to basics.... using Tae Bo dvds and kettlebells... I'm not very fat but fed up with the belly that everyone feels they can tap with the back of their hand while calling me 'fatboy'
 
Awesome Dave, kettlebells are are fantastic for workouts! If you change you diet too I'm sure it will help you. You sound a bit like me, I started dieting specifically for fat loss to get rid of the belly I was getting and to tone up. I ended up losing 17Lb 3.6% body fat and over 8 inches in 25 days and now I am maintaining my body with a slight change of diet as I didn't want to carry on losing fat at the rate (I would of ended up all skin and bones lol)

If you follow the post on the thread I linked to on this forum you could easily lose the belly like you said.
